EMPOWERED YOUTH CLUB
Is your child having trouble with focus, stress, and/or anxiety? The Empowered Youth Club fosters creative outlets for kids to channel anxiety and stress through: breath work, yoga, fitness, and creative arts.
In this program children will learn:
How to practice yoga poses and mindful breathing as a means of self-regulation
How to use creative and meditative practices as way of easing the mind and coping with anxiety, anger, and overstimulation
The importance of keeping a healthy mind and body through proper nutrition and physical exercise, all while fostering a friendly learning environment
